From 24 – 26 October 2024, our TASKA Team attended to the Australian AOPA Congress 2024, held at the National Convention Centre Canberra. The event brought together over 440 professionals - both local and international - to showcase the growing Australian Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) industry.

With the new TASKA CX™️ medium and our most recent feature in the MyTASKA app – the Remote Connection, we had plenty to showcase and left a lasting impression in the Australian O&P community. We received positive feedback on the TASKA CX medium (in particular its grip speed), and on how proud Australian CPOs are of TASKA being made in Australasia.

TASKA Champion Adrian Ware joined us on the stand and was thrilled to share his knowledge and stories with visitors. Being an experienced TASKA user, his participation on our workshop was a major highlight for attendees. Adrian has used myoelectric prosthetic hands for 25 years, and since 2019 he has used a TASKA HandGen1. We fitted him with a TASKA CX medium for the event, which he loved and was unwilling to part with! He will soon have his own medium CX hand and is he very excited for the imminent change.
