2024 Year in Review - Ben Travers, CEO

As 2024 draws to a close, we reflect with great appreciation on our O&P community.

Our mission — addressing upper limb differences through our innovative multi-articulating hands — continuing to transform lives and empower users to do more every day.

Every step we take is driven by the belief that we can help individuals unlock their full potential. We are immensely proud of how far we’ve come this year, and none of this would have been possible without your unwavering support.

Some of the key milestones we’ve achieved in 2024 include:

  • Being acquired by Eqwal Group in June 2024, opening the door to exciting new opportunities to reach even more people through their extensive international network.
  • Launching the TASKA CX™ medium globally in September 2024, completing our CX platform and providing users with cutting-edge aesthetics, technology, and unparalleled reliability — the essence of the TASKA promise.
  • Expanding our reach into new markets and accelerating our global presence, allowing us to serve a broader range of customers and geographies.

The evolution of TASKA is built on three core principles that define our purpose:

  1. Designing durable, reliable products that look and feel exceptional.
  2. Incorporating industry-leading waterproof capabilities, empowering users to engage in daily activities with confidence.
  3. Delivering an intuitive digital experience that is increasingly personalised to each individual, instilling a sense of confidence and control.

We design products built to endure the demands of any activity our users choose to pursue. To ensure your hands remain as high-performing and resilient as you are, we encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary annual servicing we offer to all those under warranty, keeping your hand in peak condition. If you’d like to learn more, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I’ll leave you with some words from our users themselves. Their feedback and stories continue to guide our vision and inspire us to redefine prosthetics.

“People see my hand, and they are always amazed. They want to know how it works. It has the form of the real hand, and yet, looks so high tech.”

Jason Lucci. Outdoorsy guy, differently limbed advocate, TASKA Champion.

“There’s simply no other myoelectric hand on the market that can do what it does. It’s waterproof and flexible, it’s stronger, and it’s backed by user-friendly software and support from a company that wants to keep making it better.”

Bryden Zaloum. Car enthusiast, Kiwi as, TASKA Champion.

Wishing you a very happy holiday season and some well-deserved rest. As we look ahead, 2025 promises to be another exciting year for the industry, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.
