Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the AOPA National Assembly in Charlotte, North Carolina, which marked a busy and highly productive week for our team at TASKA. From insightful meetings to engaging with industry partners, the event proved to be a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, learn from our peers, and showcase the new TASKA CX medium and the Remote Connection feature on MyTASKA.
The event provided the opportunity for our team to connect with end users, TASKA Champions, customers, and partners. We were also able to engage with our extended colleagues at Eqwal and our distributor for USA and Canada, Fillauer, as well as learn about the rapidly evolving market and industry trends that will shape the future of prosthetics.
A key takeaway from AOPA came from the opening keynote, which focused on the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our daily lives. AI has already become a significant player in industries worldwide, including prosthetics, being used to increase product performance, streamline clinical observations, and expedite reimbursement approvals. As AI technology advances, it will continue to shape the prosthetics industry, making it an area to watch closely in the coming years.
TASKA Champion Jodie O’Connell Ponkos was present during the event sharing her knowledge and experience with both TASKA CX and HandGen2 hands. We’ve also received invaluable feedback from users, which has sparked ideas for future innovations to enhance even more our users’ confidence in everyday tasks.
While in the USA, the team took the opportunity to visit and engage with several customers and partners. This, combined with the lessons learned during the AOPA conference, has provided us with invaluable insights into the prosthetics landscape and opportunities to grow our impact. We’ll continue to ensure we’re delivering the best possible solutions to users, empowering them to live confidently and independently.
